A useful maintenance conversation starts with the court surface, how the court is used, and the changes you have noticed. Before contacting our team, note whether play has changed after rain, whether lines or nets need attention, and whether you see cracks, low areas, loose material, surface wear, or drainage concerns. Photos and the date of the last major service can help us understand the situation before a site visit.
Maintenance needs vary by surface and condition. Har-Tru clay courts require different seasonal care from asphalt and concrete hard courts. If the issue is a specific defect, review our court repair guidance. If wear affects the broader playing surface, court resurfacing may be the more relevant next step.
Identify the surface type, sports played, typical use, and whether the court is residential, club, school, municipal, or another facility type.
Describe visible wear, drainage or playability concerns, damaged accessories, and any areas that have changed since the last service.
Share prior opening, closing, repair, resurfacing, or maintenance dates when known, along with current photos of the full court and problem areas.
